Changes come slowly, but we are gaining ground. Gun Lake, Wayland, and
Caledonia websites now have the new look and feel that we are working on. Be
sure to check out your listing to see if it is placed in the right area and that
all the information is correct. We hope you like this new look.
Changing to a membership will hopefully improve the looks and feel to the
websites. A one tine membership will hopefully bring more businesses to the
website and become more useful to potential customers and visitors. A one time
membership fee of $10.00 will get a business listed on our sites with Business
Name, Address, Tag Line, and Phone Number. This fee will cover initial setup.
The more businesses that are listed the better for all Logo and Banner/Logo
Listings as more and more people begin to use us as their way of finding local
businesses.
All existing Listings will have a membership, so there is nothing you need to
do if you are all ready listed with us. We would like all our members to tell
their customers about our website.
With the cost of gasoline, more and more people are going to use the internet
to find businesses closer to them. That means local businesses should see some
increase in customers. Get the word out about the services and products you
sell.

Standard Listings are placed in one category location and generally have only one search term to be placed for
their listing. Some will benefit from Logo and Banner/Logo Listings with
search terms that will end up on the page a Standard Listing resides on, but

In the near future, we plan to add money saving tips on our websites. We are
looking for any and all tips for our visitors. Got a money saving tip or tips?
Send them to us. We will use your business name as the provider of the tip or
tips. One of the first tips we plan to publish is "Buy locally and save gas
money." Think you have lower prices for service or products than the Malls or
big box stores, tell our visitors. Any and all tips are welcome, plus you get
credit for supplying that tip. Perhaps some service you offer or product you
sell can save consumers money. Home and garden tips, Kitchen and food tips,
Automotive tips, and anything else you can think of. Let your potential
customers feel you care about them.

How our listing fees break down for your advertising costs.
Is it worth it? Obviously you want something for the money you spend. We are
not used as much as the yellow pages, but we are gaining readership. We are
there 24/7 and more and more people are using the internet to find products and
services. So how much are you paying for the possibility that maybe 1 person
will see your listing and become a customer?
Membership with a free Standard Listing 1 time $10.00 fee is less than .03
cents per day the first year and free there after.
A Logo Listing with free membership for $24.00 per year is less than .07
cents per day.
A Banner/Logo Listing with free membership for $54.00 per year is less than
.15 cents per day.
Not many online advertising sites cost this little. You may find free listing
sites, but often you are lost among the larger city listings and those with a
larger budget than you have. We only list businesses that are local to the area
around the six community websites we manage. No Grand Rapids, Kalamazoo, or
Battle Creek businesses. And you and the others listed with us help to promote
the use of our websites by telling your customers you are listed with us.
We feel it is a good value and you are helping us as a small business and
also your fellow local businesses by grouping together for local consumers to
find local businesses. It also can help your local community by promoting the
businesses in that community. So there are benefits to spending less than .15
cents per day. We hope you feel that way to.
